It is a great dismay for an Institution of the caliber of IFM, not to have a fully functional standby generator owing to fact that it has enrolled a significant number of part-time students.

What happened yesterday was a result of negligence of the highest quality one of the part-time students complained to Pwani Raha.

The unfortunate thing for Juma Nature is that, Tanzania recently passed tough new legislation against rape, with a minimum 1 sentence of 30 years in jail and a maximum : of life imprisonment. It is alleged that Juma Kassim (Juma Nature) raped a 16 year old school girl together with others.

While in Tanzania dont do the following;

• Dont rape a woman.
• Dont have sex with an under age girl even if she was willing it is rape.
• Dont make love to a school girl even if she is 21 years of age, it is rape. (If you are 18 years and working and you have sex with a 20 year old girl who is in school, it is rape in Tanzania and you might face 30 years behind bars if found guilty.

Loop hole:

In this very same country, if you marry a 15 year old school girl with the consent of her parents, it is legal and you have the blessings of the government.

MIRAA, VEVE, KHAT OR GOMBA,

Miraa is a mild stimulant herb grown in three places in the World, Somali, Ethiopia, Yemen, South Africa and Kenya. Miraa is legally grown in Kenya and it grows in three regions, Kerio Valley in the Rift Valley Province, Embu and Nyambene hills. The best quality of miraa comes from Nyambene hills. Miraa is highly perishable and consumption of the product must take place at least 96 hours or 4 days after it is picked form the tree. UK has not banned the importation of Miraa basing on reports of research, including those made by the World Health Organisation, the National Council for Science and Technology as well as scientists in Egypt and Britain, all of whom concluded that the effect of miraa was too mild to warrant a ban. The researchers were also said to have drawn the conclusion from the fact that the Meru had chewed the drug through the ages, but had not reported any serious health problems.

The two ministries and that of Foreign Affairs also noted that, under the World Trade Organisation rules, no country could ban a fresh produce without giving scientific proof of the harm it can do.
Miraa is illegal in Tanzania, US, Canada, Sweden, Norway, and Eritrea over health concerns. Regardless of the fact that miraa has been banned in Tanzania there is an overwhelming inflow of merchandize. Arusha and Moshi people have been notorious in defying the government orders particularly when it comes to consumption of miraa. Among the likely candidates for the VP post was Mama Clinton and she was ready to accepted the position if asked, though she never admitted publicly.
• August 23rd: The presumptive democratic nominee Barack Obama choose Joe Biden as his running mate. Again the hopes of the former first lady of becoming the US VP were shuttered.
• Nov: Currently Hillary Clinton is among the likely candidate for the Secretary of State position. On the other hand the former President Bill Clinton's international business dealings, global foundation and penchant for going off script could present a significant obstacle to Hillary Clinton becoming secretary of state.
