It is alleged that Juma Kassim (Juma Nature) raped a 16 year old school girl together with others.While in Tanzania dont do the following;
- Dont rape a woman.
- Dont have sex with an under age girl even if she was willing it is rape.
- Dont make love to a school girl even if she is 21 years of age, it is rape. (If you are 18 years and working and you have sex with a 20 year old girl who is in school, it is rape in Tanzania and you might face 30 years behind bars if found guilty.
Loop hole:
In this very same country, if you marry a 15 year old school girl with the consent of her parents, it is legal and you have the blessings of the government.

This is ludacris, reading the laws on how they define rape is outrageous. Then to top it up, if ur 15 and you have consent of parents to marry, then it's ok?! What the hell. What about the poor girl, does she not have rights. If this is the case then why not make sex legal at 15? It's so contardictory. No wonder we never move forward in this world, we r 2 stuck in the old ways.
