Black out in IFM.
This is the inside part of IFM facing block D, a place famously known as "Air port".
This is outside the library, I really think the walls need a new paint.
One of the classrooms at IFM, a distinct feature that separates IFM from other higher learning institutions in Tanzania is the presence of Air Condition in most of the classrooms. Bravo for that. Unfortunately hii sio mada ya leo.
Dar es salaam yesterday experienced black out and so did the Institute of Finance Management (IFM). Unfortunately the center of excellence had to cancel the e commerce final exam for the part-time postgraduate Diploma students. It is a great dismay for an Institution of the caliber of IFM, not to have a fully functional standby generator owing to fact that it has enrolled a significant number of part-time students.
What happened yesterday was a result of negligence of the highest quality one of the part-time students complained to Pwani Raha.
